Ubud has long been a spiritual and cultural center of Bali. Generation after generation has worked on developing this town: shamans, priests, yogis have spent centuries of their lives in Ubud, so that the present-day Ubud still retains this rich culture.
The 500-hour course in Ubud brings together the 200-hour and 300-hour programs as one continuous course, so it has no prerequisites for joining the training. We will begin with the essential elements such as postures, breathing, philosophy, and anatomy before we get on to advanced topics - pranayama, subtle body practices, therapeutic applications, and better teaching practices.
The program will be held at an ashram for two months. The first month will focus on the foundation of the training, and the second month on advanced studies, allowing students to choose between a 45-day or a 55-day training program depending on their preferred tempo of learning.
By the end of the training, you will earn an accredited 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Yoga Alliance (USA) that will allow you to register as a RYT 500 which is the highest professional registration level offered by the organization that is recognized all over the world by yoga schools and studios.
